Where do I go to upload resources?

  • Click here or visit the NGSS@NSTA Hub at nsta.org/ngss and select the classroom resource tab.

Can I share a link instead?

  • Yes! If you prefer, rather than uploading a file, you can point to a resource found elsewhere on the web.

What kinds of resources can I share?

  • We invite you to share lessons plans, entire units, videos, simulations, curricula, activities, games, handouts, projects, and more.

Do the resources have to be free?

  • No, you can also share resources that have a fee associated with them.

Do the resources have to be fully three dimensional?

  • Ideally, resources should be three-dimensional. We require you to identify either a performance expectation or the elements of at least one of the dimensions (practice, core idea, and/or crosscutting concept) that the resource targets.

What information will I be required to provide?

  • To share a resource, you need to provide the following information:
    • Title of the resource
    • Description of the resource
    • Whether the resource is free or there is a cost associated with it
    • What performance expectations, practices, core ideas, and crosscutting concepts the resource addresses

Are there resources I shouldn’t share? What about copyright?

  • You shouldn’t upload resources if someone else holds the copyright. Instead consider uploading a link to somewhere on the web where the resources is located.

    3. Complete the instructions on the resource upload page.
